Account Suspension and Appeals Policy

When we may act

• Serious or repeated breaches of the Community Guidelines;
• fake identities or fraudulent qualifications;
• harassment or threats;
• copyright infringement;
• security attacks or abuse of the service;
• cheating or examination misconduct once exams are offered.

What we may do

• Remove content, give a warning, limit features, suspend or close an account.
• For serious cases, such as threats or security attacks, we may restrict an account straight away.

Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, email contactocevalon@gmail.com within 30 days, with your username and the reason. A different reviewer will look at it where possible and we will reply with the outcome.

After closure

Posts, files and personal data are handled as set out in the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
