Our aim

Ocevalon is a place to learn, teach and share knowledge. Be respectful, be honest and help others.

Do

• Disagree respectfully and focus on ideas, not people.
• Give sources and credit when you share facts, research or other people's work.
• Give constructive feedback and say thank you to people who help.
• Choose the right group so people who care about the topic can find your post.

Do not

• Bully, harass, threaten or insult anyone.
• Post hate speech or discriminate based on race, religion, gender, disability, nationality or other personal characteristics.
• Spam, or repeatedly promote the same product, page or link.
• Create fake profiles, impersonate others or claim qualifications you do not have.
• Plagiarise, fabricate research or share answers to exams (see the Academic Integrity Policy).
• Share someone else's private information without their permission.
• Upload illegal, harmful, malicious or unauthorised material, or photos of others without permission.

Reporting and review

Use the Report option on a post or contact us (see Reporting and Complaints). Moderators review reports fairly and may remove content or act on accounts (see Account Suspension and Appeals).
