Data Retention and Deletion Policy

What we keep

• Profile and account details: while your account is open.
• Posts, comments, photos and private messages: until you or a moderator delete them, or your account is deleted.
• Reports and moderation records: as long as needed to enforce our rules and handle appeals or legal matters.
• Server logs and security records: for a limited period needed for security.

Deleting your content

You can delete your own posts. Deleted posts are removed from the site.

Deleting your account

Email contactocevalon@gmail.com from your registered address to ask us to delete your account. We will delete or anonymise your profile and personal details and remove your private messages. We may keep limited records where we must, for example to handle a report or a legal obligation.

Backups

Copies may remain in backups until they are replaced in the normal backup cycle.
