Educator Verification Policy

Current status

Ocevalon does not currently verify teachers, lecturers, researchers or institutions. Anything on a profile, such as a role, qualification or institution, is stated by the member and has not been checked by Ocevalon.

If verification is added

We will publish who can apply, what evidence is accepted, how requests are reviewed, how verified status is shown, when it can be removed, and how submitted documents are protected and deleted. A verified badge will confirm only the specific details we checked. It will not guarantee a person's competence.

False claims

If you believe a profile contains false claims, report it (see Reporting and Complaints).
